Galaxy Fold also appeared in the database of the popular Geekbench benchmark along with performance testing results. Geekbench has determined that an eight-core Qualcomm processor is installed in the Galaxy Fold. At the same time, Samsung itself spoke about using a 7nm platform.
Under this description fits only one chip – Snapdragon 855. Also, the test confirmed the information we already know about 12GB of RAM. In the single-core test, Galaxy Fold scored 3418 points, and in the multi-core – 9703 points. These figures are slightly lower than other Snapdragon 855 smartphones, which may be due to the launch of a benchmark on a pre-sale sample.
