The Galaxy Z Flip continues to reveal its secrets just hours from Samsung‘s Unpacked conference. The manufacturer himself unveiled the flip-up smartphone design in an advertising video broadcast during the Oscars 2020.
The device will be available in two colors: black and purple, but Samsung also has a 3rd version in boxes which is a limited edition named Thom Browne. This is revealed through another advertising spot that we are discovering this time thanks to a leak.

This special edition of the Galaxy Z Flip is offered in a pack combining packaging as well as special cases, a different design for the phone itself, a pair of Galaxy Buds and a Galaxy Watch Active 2.
All accessories in the bundle, all like the flip smartphone display a silver color enhanced with a red white and blue pattern. This is available differ depending on the device. For the Galaxy Z Flip, it takes the form of a strip that crosses the smartphone along the hull on the back.
No details have yet filtered as to the price and availability date of this edition of the Galaxy Z Flip. It goes without saying that it will be offered at a much higher price than the standard version. According to the latest news, the latter would be offered at a price of €1599 ($1744.25)… We could thus approach €2000 ($2181.67), or even more for the special edition.
Under the hood, the characteristics of the smartphone will be the same. As a reminder, the Galaxy Z Flip will be equipped with a Snapdragon 855+ SoC supported by 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Its battery has a capacity of 3300mAh. As you can see in the images of the smartphone, it will have two photosensors on the back, including a 12MP main module according to the latest cross-checks.
The official presentation of the Galaxy Z Flip will take place tomorrow evening, during the Galaxy Unpacked event, where we will obviously also see the Samsung Galaxy S20.
