Yesterday, Xiaomi has presented a new Thermostat of its sub-brand, but today he has launched its new Xiaomi Kettle 1S. This time we are faced with a fairly simple kettle, which completes the range of electric kettles as one of the cheapest options.
In detail, we are faced with a 1.7-liter capacity kettle with dimensions of 223x158x261mm. Its weight is 1.3Kg and it is made of highly resistant ABS plastic in the classic white color that can be found in practically all Xiaomi products.
Among its features, the new Xiaomi Kettle 1S has an internal coating of 304 stainless steel, which in addition to isolating the temperature from the outside allows greater ease when cleaning.
Beyond its design, inside we find an advanced British-made STRIX electric thermostat. This, accompanied by a maximum power of 1800W, is capable of boiling water in just 6 minutes. From the rest, this new Xiaomi kettle has a large top opening of 13.5cm, allows you to hide part of its cable at the bottom, and is capable of keeping hot water at a temperature of 55ºC for a long period of time.
The new Xiaomi Kettle 1S will be released on June 1 at a price of 149 yuan (about $20.82). At the moment we will have to wait for some resellers to put it on sale in the coming days or for Xiaomi to officially take it beyond the Chinese borders.
