It is rumored that details of the Galaxy S21 series are being actively disclosed. This may be in line with a recent report that claimed Samsung is planning to launch the Galaxy S21 series in January 2021. Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 Ultra CAD renders were leaked recently and today, MySmartPrice has shared RAW CAD images of the Samsung Galaxy S21 +.
From the images below you can see that the Galaxy S21 + will look a lot like the regular S21, offering an identical camera module with three lenses, the same one that has already appeared in a real photo in another leak. It features an Infinity-O AMOLED display. The latter looks as if it merges with the smartphone frame.
The key change to the Galaxy S21 + is that its display does not have the curved edges of its predecessor, the Galaxy S20 Plus. Thus, the S21 and S21 + smartphones will have flat displays, while the S21 Ultra will have a curved screen.
Rumors report that the Galaxy S21 + will receive 161.5 x 75.6 x 7.85mm dimensions and a 6.7-inch display. By comparison, the 6.7-inch Galaxy S20 + measures 161.9 x 73.7 x 7.8mm.
The Galaxy S21 + has a SIM tray and microphone on the top, while its left edge is completely empty. The power key and volume buttons are on the right side. The microphone, USB Type-C port, and microphone can be found on the bottom edge of the smartphone.
Depending on the market, the Samsung Galaxy S21 + will come with either the Snapdragon 875 or Exynos 2100 chipset. The smartphone may have a 4660mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging. There are also rumors that the S21 series will go on sale with S-Pen stylus support.
