Igeekphone News, September 24th: At the online launch event of HUAWEI’s new wearable audio products this afternoon, the HUAWEI WATCH GT 6 series watches were officially released. The new products are equipped with the Xuanji perception system and support Alipay’s tap payment, with a starting price of 1,488 yuan.

It is introduced that the HUAWEI WATCH GT 6 series watches have the standard version and the Pro version, among which the standard version mainly targets the younger market. The Pro version is known as “exceptionally stylish”. The series of watches is equipped with accelerometers, gyroscopes, compasses, barometers, ambient light and depth sensors, as well as body temperature, heart rate, electrocardiogram (ECG), etc. It also supports GPS, NFC, microphones and speakers, meeting the needs of multiple scenarios such as sports, navigation and calls.
The standard version of HUAWEI WATCH GT 6 is available in two sizes: 41mm and 46mm, to meet different wearing needs. The 41mm version features a loop-shaped dynamic lugs and a delicate crown, with a maximum battery life of 14 days. The 46mm version adopts an upgraded high-silicon stacked battery, with a capacity increase of 65% compared to the previous generation and a battery life of up to 21 days.
HUAWEI WATCH GT 6 Pro only has a 46mm model. The screen area is 5.5% larger than the previous generation. The peak brightness of the entire series reaches 3000 nits, providing clearer outdoor display. Compared with the regular version, the Pro version uses more high-end materials, featuring sapphire glass, aviation-grade titanium alloy and nano-microcrystalline ceramic back cover. It is available in brown, titanium and black, and has a battery life of up to 21 days.
All models in the series are equipped with a brand-new Sunflower positioning system, which the official claims can provide more reliable data on pace, distance and altitude. Four outdoor sports modes (cycling, trail running, golf, and skiing) have also been enhanced, and a new virtual power meter function has been added. The entire series introduces the TruSense system for the first time, which can track indicators such as heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep analysis and heart rate variability more quickly and accurately.
