IGeekphone reported on January 21st that the source @Evleaks posted a tweet on the X platform yesterday (January 20th), sharing a set of marketing renderings that comprehensively showcased the appearance design, color schemes, and accompanying productivity accessories of the Lenovo Idea Tab Pro Gen 2 tablet.
In terms of appearance, Lenovo has innovated the rear design of the Idea Tab Pro Gen 2 tablet. Unlike the “rectangular camera island + two-color stitched texture” used in the previous generation, this new model has removed the cross-shadow decorative strip on the back and instead adopted a more simple and smooth integrated finish.

In terms of the image module, the new device features a large capsule-shaped camera island. Although it still maintains a single-camera configuration, the physical size of the lens module has significantly increased, suggesting that its imaging capabilities may have improved.
The details on the side of the body show that the Idea Tab Pro Gen 2 adopts the currently popular right-angle frame design, combined with the rounded R-corner treatment. There are four speaker grilles on both sides of the body. What’s notable is that the number of openings has doubled compared to the previous generation.
It is not yet clear whether this change is merely for aesthetic purposes or if there has been an upgrade to the speaker unit itself. In terms of connectivity, on the right side of the body, there is a USB-C interface, while at the bottom, there are still 3-point POGO magnetic contact points for connecting keyboard accessories.

In terms of accessories, the Idea Tab Pro Gen 2 will support a magnetic stylus, and the pen body can be directly attached to the top of the tablet for storage or charging.
In addition, Lenovo has equipped it with a keyboard cover with a touchpad and a magnetic folding stand cover. In terms of color options, the new model is expected to offer three choices: grey, silver and green.
