Igeekphone News, February 23: The official account of Xiaomi overseas released a statement announcing that the Xiaomi tag tracker will be launched on February 28th. At that time, it will be showcased overseas along with other products such as the Xiaomi 17 series.
According to the official introduction, the weight of the Xiaomi Tag is only 10 grams, allowing users to find what they are looking for within a few seconds.

In terms of appearance, it is more stylish compared to Apple’s AirTag. The overall shape is elliptical, with a white main body and a silver ring around it, and it comes with a built-in hanging hole.
The body thickness is 7.2mm. It is powered by a CR2032 button battery and can last for up to one year. It is equipped with Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC functions.
The most remarkable feature of the Xiaomi Tag is that it supports both the Android Find Hub and Apple Find My positioning networks simultaneously.

Unfortunately, the earliest version mentioned that was supposed to be UWB is currently absent.
It is reported that the main reason for the absence of UWB is its compatibility with dual positioning networks. However, the Apple Find My network only supports this technology through its own AirTag. This is a common design feature of similar dual-network trackers.
In terms of pricing, currently, the Xiaomi Tag has been available in many European countries. The French official website shows that the price for a single unit is 17.99 euros (approximately 147.97 yuan), and the price for a four-piece set is 59.99 euros (approximately 493.44 yuan).

According to the usual practice, the price of the domestic version of Xiaomi Tag should experience a significant reduction and it will be launched later.
