OPPO Find X10 Series Set to Push Realistic Photography With New Hasselblad Imaging System

OPPO is preparing to unveil its next flagship smartphone family, with the Find X10 series reportedly scheduled to launch on September 22. Ahead of the official event, the company has begun revealing more details about its approach to mobile photography and the software experience coming with the new phones.

The Find X10 lineup is expected to include three models: the OPPO Find X10, Find X10 Pro Max, and Find X10 E. Rather than offering only incremental hardware upgrades, OPPO appears to be placing particular emphasis on natural-looking photos, consistent colors, and improved imaging across different focal lengths.

Three OPPO Find X10 Models Are Expected

According to current reports, the new lineup will cover three different market positions.

The OPPO Find X10 is expected to serve as the standard flagship model, while the Find X10 Pro Max will reportedly target users who want a more advanced camera and video experience. The Find X10 E, meanwhile, is expected to provide a more accessible entry point into the Find series while retaining several of its flagship design and imaging features.

The Pro Max model is rumored to feature a triple-camera system with three 200-megapixel sensors, giving OPPO a particularly aggressive hardware setup for photography and video recording.

The standard Find X10 could reportedly use two 200-megapixel cameras, continuing OPPO’s push toward higher-resolution imaging without reserving the technology exclusively for its most expensive model.

    OPPO Targets More Natural-Looking Photos

OPPO Chief Product Officer Liu Zuohu has described the Find X10 generation as the company’s most comprehensive effort yet to pursue realistic smartphone imaging. The company is also continuing its collaboration with Hasselblad, using the Hasselblad camera system to pursue more natural colors and realistic image reproduction.

The company says that imaging technologies developed since the Find X6 generation will be brought together more extensively in the new lineup under the Hasselblad Ultra-Clear Original Camera concept.

Instead of focusing solely on megapixel counts, OPPO is reportedly working on improving how consistently the camera reproduces scenes under different conditions. This includes maintaining similar colors and image characteristics when users switch between different focal lengths, lighting environments, and color temperatures.

That approach could make the Find X10 series particularly interesting for users who frequently move between the main, telephoto, and other camera lenses while shooting.

New Imaging Technologies Aim to Improve Consistency

The reported camera system combines several technologies designed to improve image quality.

OPPO is expected to use dual-200MP or triple-200MP camera configurations, depending on the model, alongside its Danxia color science and LUMO native light engine.

OPPO’s imaging strategy builds on technology developed since the Find X6 series, with the new generation reportedly bringing these improvements together more extensively.

The combination is intended to address a common challenge in multi-camera smartphones: keeping images visually consistent when switching between lenses.

In practical terms, the goal is for photos captured at different focal lengths to maintain more consistent exposure, color reproduction, and overall image character. This could be especially useful when recording both still photos and video during the same shooting session.

ColorOS 17 Will Debut With the Find X10 Series

The Find X10 launch is also expected to introduce ColorOS 17, giving the new phones a significant software upgrade alongside their camera improvements.

OPPO is reportedly focusing on system responsiveness, interface design, animations, and AI-powered features in the new version. The company is also expected to move toward more proactive and personalized AI functions rather than limiting AI tools to simple commands or individual applications.

These features could extend across everyday scenarios such as travel, photo creation, work, study, sports, and other daily activities.

OPPO Find X10 Series: What to Expect

The Find X10 series appears to be shaping up as more than a routine flagship refresh. OPPO is combining high-resolution camera hardware with a broader imaging strategy aimed at making photos look more natural and consistent across different cameras.

The Find X10 Pro Max, with its rumored triple-200MP camera setup, is likely to be the headline model for photography enthusiasts, while the standard Find X10 could offer a more balanced flagship experience. The Find X10 E may appeal to buyers looking for Find-series styling and imaging features at a lower position in the lineup.

OPPO is expected to reveal the final specifications, pricing, camera details, and availability at the September 22 launch event. Until then, the reported hardware and feature list should be treated as pre-launch information rather than confirmed specifications.
