According to its practice, Xiaomi series flagships are released in April, considering MI6 released last year, but this year Xiaomi MI7 may have some problems, so Xiaomi keeps its details and release date mysteriously. But from the news of phone supply chian, Xiaomi MI7 release date may delay to the third quarter this year, taking many new features into consideration. It is normal its date delays.
It is said that Xiaomi MI7 will come with most mature 3D face ID recognition, this solution is provided by Himax Technologies and Truly Opto-electronics to develop 3D Face ID module together. Besides, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun also confirms this phone will support under display fingerprint scanner technlogy.
In main specs, Xiaomi MI7 will be powered by Snapdragon 845 processor, RAM 8GB, on the back are dual rear camera vertically. In price, Xiaomi MI7 is expected to sell the similar price to MI6.
