DJI Releases new Handheld Gimbal RS2 and RSC2: Starting From $399


DJI officially released the handheld gimbals DJI RS2 and RSC2 specially designed for SLR and mirrorless cameras. The prices are 4999 yuan and 2699 yuan respectively. Let’s explore DJI RS2 and RSC2.   DJI RS 2 uses carbon fiber axle arm, aluminum alloy frame, the lighter body can carry heavier camera-lens combination, new 1.4-inch color touch screen, Taishan stabilization algorithm, super stabilization mode, and professional accessories.

DJI RS 2 comes standard with a portable adapter, the body weighs only 1.3 kg, the load weight is 4.5 kg, and the battery life is up to 12 hours. It supports 24W fast charging, which can bring 2 hours of battery life in 15 minutes, and it takes 1.5 hours to fully charge.

In terms of the focus system, DJI RS 2 has a new front dial, which can adjust the focus point with a flick of your fingertips; after adding a focus wheel and a follow focus motor, a dual focus system can be formed to achieve simultaneous control of the focus point and lens Focus, improve shooting efficiency.

The industry’s first foldable design of the DJI RSC 2 adds a 1-inch black-and-white screen, Tarzan stabilization algorithm, and a fast-folding shooting mode, which combines excellent performance and a portable body. DJI RSC 2 is made of aluminum alloy + ABS plastic. The body weight is 1.2 kg, and the load weight is increased to 3 kg.

It uses DJI RSC 2 equipped with a double-layer quick-release board compatible with Manfrotto and Aka two mainstream interface standards. The user can switch to the vertical mode with a single tap. DJI RSC 2 also supports a variety of accessories such as dual handheld accessories, handle extension tripods, etc., bringing rich expansion and creative space.
