Google Pixel 7a Leaked: Tensor chip, Released in Early 2023

Google Pixel 7 series had been released and went on sale. There are two Pixel devices on the way, one of which is the Pixel Fold folding screen, and the other is the “7a” mobile phone. Online retail giant Amazon has recently offered users a new subscription for the upcoming “Pixel 7a”.

However, Amazon did not say when Google will release the Pixel 7a phone. The Google Pixel 6a launched in July, a few months after the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro. So the Pixel 6a is still fairly new, but Google is starting to roll out the Tensor chip and a new face-mounted camera island design across the board, so it’s possible that a new Pixel 7a design lineup will follow.

Rumor has it that the Google Pixel 7a will be released in early 2023. The same rumor also claims that Google has placed an order for 4 MegaPixel a phone, which seems confident.

From the code point of view, Google Pixel 7 is “Panther” (Black Panther), Pixel 7 Pro is “Cheetah” (Cheetah), and 7a is “Felix” (Felix). Traditionally, the Pixel 7a display will be smaller than the regular Pixel 7, expected to be 6.0-6.1 inches.

Another thing to note is that Amazon mentions the “Pixel 7a family,” as if there’s more than one model. The Pixel 5a and 6a already have 5G, so there shouldn’t be another 4G model, maybe the Pixel 7a and Pixel 7a XL.
