Irreverence is the main adjective that comes to mind after seeing these renders.
Firstly, because of its curved screen that covers practically the entire front structure of the smartphone. There’s no room for anything but this important component, which means that even the front camera is hidden under it.
The technology that Xiaomi applied in the Mi MIX 4 could migrate to the Huawei Mate 50 Pro smartphone, although there are some reticences in its implementation. We all know the technology isn’t mature enough yet, and I wonder if Huawei will be willing to use it in a product aimed at the masses.
It’s on the back of this Mate 50 Pro that we can see the most disruptive aspect of this concept. More specifically on its camera and on the secondary screen. The latter would now be bigger to provide the user with more information. Furthermore, this is no longer part of the smartphone’s rear camera module, having its own space at the rear.
