Huawei has launched 5 smartphones already under its nova 5 series, but the company isn’t done yet as it has just released a teaser for a new phone called the Nova 5z which is expected to be presented in the near future, a mid-range phone, but with modern design and many photosensors.
There is also an official poster, so we know the design part and some of the features. As we can see below in the teaser, the Nova 5z has a display devoid of a notch but has a hole in the top left corner. The top and side bezels are also really slim though it does have a little bit of chin.
On the rear, the Quad rear camera is called the Matrix-Style which is expected to include the camera in a convex area (similar to the iPhone), but the position is in the middle of the device. The side of the camera is an LED flash and the bottom of the camera is the location of the fingerprint scanner. The phone is shown in 2 colors, green and aurora.
For the specs, the poster reveals the Nova 5z will have a Kirin 810 processor, one made on 7nm and that will manage to push the phone to the top of the standings, but still remains a mid-range. In addition, the revealed leaflet said that its main sensor will have a resolution of 48MP, the selfie camera will be 32MP night mode, in a punch hole setup.
So far, nothing about the operating system, perhaps the most interesting detail of Huawei phones in recent times. Probably with Android, it remains to be seen if and with Google services and applications. In fact, I think it is the biggest problem of the giant in China. Huawei didn’t mention a release date but it should be around the corner.
