Design
iLife F100 is made of very good quality materials, and the whole thing looks modern and attractive (for a vacuum cleaner). The housing is mostly matte, so it does not catch streaks and scratches, only slight shining. The iLife L100 comes with two rotating brushes capable of sucking up very fine particles like flour, hair and even the hair of your animals.
All this dirt will end up in the 450 mL reservoir and pass through various filters before that. The iLife L100 vacuum cleaner is able to vacuum and wash the vacuumed surface with water thanks to a small water tank on the back of the vacuum robot. There is a button with a hand next to the display. It activates the so-called self-cleaning mode. We can turn it on only when there is a sufficient amount of liquid in the clean water tank (maximum 600 ml).
Features
The dust and the used water tank have a fairly large capacity, while the dirty water itself will enter into no more than 500 ml. Then the vacuum cleaner informs you that it is full. If it is dry dust itself, then more will enter. There is a HEPA filter at the top of this tank, which effectively removes dust and dust residues. The iLife F100 vacuum cleaner reminds you to perform self-cleaning and empty/fill the tanks. Voice notifications can be easily turned off – use the button above the speaker. The handle of the vacuum cleaner has three buttons built-in. The first is for switching on and off, the second is for changing the operating mode (Eco/Max), and the third, the largest of them, is used to feed water onto a roll.
Battery
ILIFE F100 is suitable for cleaning all types of floor coverings. One charge of a 3600 mAh battery, according to the manufacturer, is enough for cleaning up to 200 square meters or up to 30 minutes of continuous operation. When recharging, the docking station can be used to turn on the self-cleaning function, which eliminates the need to wash the brush by hand.
Connectivity
An application is available for free on iOS and Android to monitor the activity of the iLife robot vacuum. You can also establish the areas not to be cleaned and name some of them. This allows, in particular, to order it to clean only the selected area at a given time of the day. Convenient to find a healthy home when coming back from work.
Verdict
The iLife F100 Vacuum Cleaner stands alone without any support. It is well-made, looks attractive, has a very useful and easy-to-read display, is easy to use, and has a self-cleaning function. In my opinion, if you want to buy a vertical washing vacuum cleaner and you only have hard floors at home, this one will be very good. In fact, its greatest advantage is the well-functioning washing function – much more effective than in cleaning robots.
