Of course, I’m talking now only about computer games, since the market for mobile and console applications and games has a completely different system.

There are millions of games collected there, and to be honest, in one word – a trash heap. But in such a system, developers have a much better chance. Simply, if you go through a real sales market, then its influence and position is so great in comparison with you that you will have to really work hard and efficiently on the project and throw your, so to speak, pitch for consideration.
Gathering the team
This is another challenge that every company or development team faces. The team is, indeed, a very important component in any project.
What is the more specific problem:
- Firstly, I want to say right away that you need to clearly understand the difference between a team of developers linked by one common creative idea (in fact, this is us) and a company that bears responsibility and high requirements, and, accordingly, wages. Now we are talking about the first option.
- Secondly, finding interested people in the implementation of your game is also a great job. Indeed, at the initial stage, not everyone can afford to pay salaries to people. Moreover, if you collect the full composition, in addition to the technical part of the game: designers, programmers, artists; here we must also take the people who will be involved in promoting the project: HR specialists, PR managers, marketers, media specialists, etc. It is one of the challenges for game designers.
Maintaining good relationships among team members.
