Xiaomi released an 8-inch Mi Pad 4 tablet in June. Today, a larger version of the tablet has been released, bearing the name Mi Pad 4 Plus. In practice, this is largely identical to a smaller model, but the screen size has increased and the battery is also larger.
The tablet display is 10.1 inches in size and has a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. The display shows a 16: 10 aspect ratio. The power is responding to Qualcomm’s middle-class Snapdragon 660 SoC, which has 4GB of RAM.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus raises storage space to 128GB when an 8-inch version with up to 64GB of storage space. Plus, Xiaomi has also increased the battery and now there is a large battery of 8620mAh of hours inside the device. There are no changes to the cameras, but they are again satisfied with the 13MP main camera and the 5MP front camera.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus is powered by Android 8.1 Oreo, featuring Xiaomi’s own MIUI interface, which includes the Face Detection feature. The tablet also features a fingerprint reader, a USB-C type charger connector, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The dimensions are 245.6 x 149.08 x 7.99 mm and the weight 485 grams.
In China, Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus is sold in LTE version with 64 and 128 GB memory. At the time of publishing, the 64GB version has 1899 yuan and 128GB version 2099 yuan. The prices are in dollars converted to $261 and $304. This again gives you a top price-performance ratio, although it will probably be more expensive in the first time in the import shops. The tablet is available in gold and black.
