Xiaomi’s latest financial report, as of March 2022, the number of MIUI monthly active users worldwide has reached 529 million, an increase of 104 million compared with the same period last year.
Among them, the number of MIUI monthly active users in the mainland was 136 million, a year-on-year increase of 17 million, achieving a month-on-month increase for 6 consecutive quarters.
In the first quarter of 2022, the number of new MIUI monthly active users worldwide reached 20.3 million, of which 5.8 million new monthly active users were added in the mainland, showing a good growth trend.
The growth of MIUI users has enabled Xiaomi to achieve good profits in various Internet services this quarter, with a total profit of 7.1 billion yuan, an increase of 8.2% year-on-year.
Among them, the total revenue of the advertising business reached 4.5 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 16.2%; the game business revenue was 1.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3%.
It is worth mentioning that in the first quarter of 2022, Xiaomi’s overseas Internet business growth is also quite strong, with total revenue of 1.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 71.1%, accounting for 21.9% of the overall Internet revenue.
