Onda OBook 20 Plus tablet pc Design, Hardware, Battery, Camera Review

Onda is a Chinese tablet manufacturer is famous for tablet pc with high-competitive price and quality. We previously reviews the OBook 11 Plus you can see it here. Right now Onda mainly focuses on Obook series about 2-in-1 tablet pcs. Lets dive right into it.

DESIGN

Onda Obook 20 Plus uses all metal body , it has aerospace industrial production level, going through 23000 times rigid folding test, creating the beautiful and solid new uni-shaft form. Also it supports magnetic interface, so you can use it as tablet pc mode, standing mode, PC mode and other modes. And it can support handwriting too. Onda Obook 20 Plus uses the new design, champagne gold metal body with premium looks. HARDWARE

Onda Obook 20 Plus is powered by Intel Cherry Trail Z8300 with the new speeding technology which can not only meet the needs of high performance, but also high efficiency. It uses 14 nm process technology, comparing with the last generation CPU, it has improved 50%. It comes with Intel HD Graphic Gen8 GPU with 12 units EU core, and 500Mhz frequency maximum to bring the nice game experience. DirectX11 special effect and Gravity sensor to make the game experience more real.  It has a 10.1″ high definition 1920 x 1080p  IPS screen with 16:9 ratio which has  wider viewing angles.  Onda Obook 20 Plus runs Windows 10 OS and the Android 5.1 Lollipop, it comes with RAM 4GB LPDDR3 and 64GB eMMC storage giving you stronger performance and lower power consumption. LPDDR3 has improved the speed and its frequency up to 1600MHz, and power consumption has lowered over 20%. The ultra large eMMC storage run faster, more stable, and its reading speed up to 150MB/S to support 128GB micro SD card expansion.

BATTERY

It has built in larger lithium-ion batteries customized for laptop, to be specific it has 3.7V 6000mAh battery and it has 14nm process Intel processor with ultra low power consumption, adding the new generation DPTF smart power management technology which can ensure 7 hours working time to meet our daily needs for work and entertainment.

CAMERA 

It has a 2.0MP front facing camera with high definition, do you can make video calls or record videos for entertainment purposes whenever you want. You can use it for office video conferencing and it will work on apps like Skype, Hangout ,IMO seamlessly. The camera also has beauty enhancing features when it is used in the Android OS.
