Dimensity 9300+ is the flagship processor of Mediatek in 2023, and is the first full-core flagship platform of Tianguet. It adopts TSMC’s new generation 4nm process and has a CPU architecture of 1×3.25GHz Cortex-X4+3×2.85GHz Cortex-X4+4×2.0GHz A720.
In terms of graphics processor, the new generation of flagship 12-core Immortalis-G720 MC12 1300MHz GPU is used to provide excellent experience for high-end mobile phone users and gamers.
Dimensity 9400 is a new generation of Mediatek mobile platform in 2024. With the help of the epoch-making 3nm process and the inheritance of the previous generation’s full core architecture, combined with the new generation of X925 super core, the CPU performance is improved by nearly 40% compared with Tianguet 9300, and the GPU adopts Mali-G925-Immortalis MC12. Peak performance improved by nearly 41% and GPU power savings of up to 44%.
The new S series of OnePlus will fill the gap of OnePlus in the Dimensity platform last year, focusing on the ultimate cost performance and bringing more choices to users.
