It achieves top specifications among similar LCD screens with a 3000×2120 resolution, 303 PPI, 144Hz refresh rate, 540Hz touch sampling rate, and peak brightness of 900 nits. The screen color accuracy is ΔE≈0.7.
The screen’s flicker-free nature, inherent to LCD technology, has earned it the German Rhine TÜV Intelligent Eye Protection 3.0 certification. It automatically adjusts brightness and color temperature according to the environment, combining excellent display effects with eye protection.
OnePlus has positioned the rear camera at the top center, making it more convenient for users who often hold the device horizontally. The rear camera boasts 13 megapixels. The OnePlus Tablet Pro measures 6.49mm in thickness and weighs 584g, making it relatively light and thin in the tablet category. It includes a USB-C port, speakers, microphone, and six amplitude units, and holds Hi-Res certification.
Magnetic details at the bottom allow the attachment of a smart touch keyboard. Bringing it close to the OnePlus Tablet Pro automatically fixes it with magnets, transforming it into a notebook form. Performance and Games
The OnePlus Tablet Pro features the third-generation Snapdragon 8 mobile platform chip. We activated high-performance mode during testing and e-sports mode during gaming to optimize its performance.
Activating both high-performance and e-sports modes fully utilizes the tablet’s capabilities, but it also challenges the device’s heat dissipation capacity.
We tested the 16GB+256GB version. Let’s explore its theoretical performance and actual gaming capabilities.
Performance Testing
In theoretical tests, both the CPU and GPU performed at flagship levels, which was expected. The 12.1-inch body gives it a performance and stability edge over mobile phones, with minimal fluctuations.
Game Testing

We set the frame rate to very high and the resolution to ultra-high, maximizing the overall picture quality.
During a 10-minute game, the OnePlus Tablet Pro maintained a steady 120 FPS, with the frame rate curve resembling a straight line. The final score was 119.99 FPS, effectively achieving full frame. The average power consumption during gameplay was 6.59W, with an energy efficiency ratio of 18.21 FPS/W.
Temperature-wise, the highest spot on the back, near the chip and close to the camera, was only 37.3°C. The heating area is away from where users hold the device, keeping the P1 detection point at 31.7°C. This ensures players can comfortably hold the tablet for extended periods without discomfort from heat.
- Genshin Impact
For “Genshin Impact”, we selected extremely high preset image quality and set the frame rate to 60 FPS.
During testing in the main city of Fontaine, we used fast-moving characters like Ye Lan and Zao You to run around randomly for 10 minutes.
The OnePlus Tablet Pro supports native ultra-high image quality and can render 2.1K resolution, providing clearer images and a more comfortable viewing experience compared to tablets that can only render 1080P.
The overall frame rate benchmark was 60 FPS, with minor fluctuations that were not significant.
The average power consumption during gameplay was 8.12W, with a frame energy consumption of 7.38 FPS/W.
The highest temperature on the back was 45.4°C, and the holding area temperature was 34.9°C. This ensures a comfortable grip for prolonged gaming sessions without significant impact on the hands.
Ultra-wide Panoramic Virtual Screen Test
The OnePlus Tablet Pro supports three simultaneous open windows on the same screen. Unlike other tablets that limit you to small window displays, it offers a broader view, making control easier and enhancing the user experience.
You can expand or collapse to display the global or individual app using just four fingers, breaking physical display barriers and providing a more complete picture display.
Gamers will find it easy to operate multiple games at the same time, as you can mount a game in the background without affecting the current game’s display.
Switching between games is simple; just click on another game window to make it the main window. This straightforward operation sets it apart from other brands’ multi-window functions.
The tablet supports a three-window side-by-side display for various apps, such as shopping, video, note-taking, and online courses. This feature allows you to watch videos, browse the web, and take notes simultaneously. You can arrange the windows according to your preferences, maximizing the tablet’s large-screen capabilities.
Equipped with a smart touch keyboard and smart stylus Pro, the tablet offers a multi-window operation experience comparable to a desktop.
Charging and Battery Life
The OnePlus Tablet Pro has a built-in battery capacity of 9510mAh and supports 67W SUPERVOOC flash charging. We conducted charging and battery life tests on this tablet to evaluate its performance.
Charging Test
We began the charging test at 10% power. The tablet charged 52% in 20 minutes, reached 83% in 40 minutes, and fully charged in 55 minutes.
Battery Life Test
For the battery life test, we used a professional tool called Battery Dog, developed by Fast Technology. We chose the extreme power endurance test and included all test items, such as CPU high voltage, CPU multi-threading, AI recognition, image browsing, video playback, and web browsing, to simulate typical user scenarios and closely replicate real-world power consumption.
To maintain consistency across all tests and ensure accurate results, Battery Dog automatically adjusted the screen brightness to 50%, turned off automatic brightness, and set the volume to 30%.
After testing with Battery Dog and 20% power remaining, the tablet’s battery life was 11 hours. This means that a full charge can provide approximately 13.8 hours of intermittent use. Given that most users use their tablets for 3-5 hours a day, a full charge can last between 3 to 5 days.
