Recently, foreign media reported that a new design patent for TCL mobile phones was exposed, using a retractable display and a rear four-camera design.
At present, more and more mobile phone manufacturers are seeking innovation on the screen, folding display mobile phones, pull-out display mobile phones, and scroll-like designs. In the last half of the year, IT House reported that patents on retractable (pull-out) screen mobile phones from Samsung, LG, Xiaomi, and other companies were exposed, and TCL has also joined them.
It is understood that on December 5, 2019, TCL Mobile Communications applied for a design patent for a smartphone in Europe, and the smartphone can be pulled out in a horizontal direction. The patent was included in the WIPO Global Design Database on December 23, 2019.

As you can see from the design sketches and renders made by foreign media, the TCL phone uses a left-right retractable design that fully expands like a tablet computer. There is no camera on the front of the phone, and there are four cameras on the rear.
