Igeekphone News, June 23rd: Blogger @Digital Chat Station revealed the main specifications of the Honor Magic V5 foldable phone today. The phone will be released on July 2nd and is claimed to be “the world’s thinnest and lightest foldable phone”.
The leak shows that the thinnest part of this device is 8.8mm and the lightest is 217g. It is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor (Snapdragon 8 Ultimate Edition), a 6100mAh battery and a side fingerprint unlock. In terms of imaging, this device is equipped with the AiMAGE imaging system, featuring an aperture of F1.6-F2.5, a focal length of 13mm-70mm, and a 3X optical zoom periscope.
It is worth mentioning that the blogger earlier disclosed that the device was equipped with a 4.47GHz Snapdragon 8 Ultra Leading processor, but the latest revelation has replaced it with the Snapdragon 8 Ultra processor. In response, the blogger explained: “That one wasn’t released in the end. The foldable screen couldn’t reach the 4.47GHz high frequency. The final version is the 4.32GHz full-powered octa-core version.”
The Honor Magic V5 mobile phone will officially debut at the Honor Magic V5 and AI Ecosystem Terminal launch event at 7 p.m. on July 2nd.
