Upcoming Smartphones to Look At In 2020

Brady CottonBy Brady CottonJanuary 29, 2020

The year 2020 is off to a great start for people who are always on a lookout to upgrade their mobile phones and for people who had their eyes on the latest gadgets and Android gears. A few amazing headsets have already been announced for the public, however, many new gadgets can be expected to release in the coming times.

These include flagships that start from Samsung, Huawei, LG and a few mid-range phones from different names including Google itself. Here are a few best incoming phones that you can expect to get announced in the first six months of the year. Let’s have a look at the latest Android gadgets that you can get your hands on during the year 2020:

    Samsung Galaxy Z Flip

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is the second-generation foldable phone that is scheduled to be announced along with the Galaxy S20 series. According to sources, the handset is going to be made available for sale right after the launch event. It is still unclear if this is going to apply to the Korean customers only or it will be available for the audience located in US and users in Europe. The Galaxy Z Flip seems to be quite different from the previous phones. At the developer conference that took place almost a year ago, Samsung showed a foldable phone that can fold vertically like a flip phone

    Samsung Galaxy S20 series

The new Galaxy S phones are about to enter the market and might be called the Galaxy S20, the S20 Plus and the S20 Ultra. The phones might not come with a headphone jack. More details weren’t shared by the company. The three handsets are said to have a curved display, an in-display sensor for fingerprint and it is going to have either the Snapdragon 865 or the Exynos 990 chipset. That’ll depend on the regions where these phones are going to get launched. The major difference between the Galaxy S20 and the S20 Ultra is expected to be the battery and the display sizes. However, it is believed that the S11e is going to be the least feature-packed phone of the series that will offer a smaller display and fewer cameras at the back.

    Xiaomi Mi 10 &Mi 10 Pro

Sources at Xiaomi have confirmed that they are going to launch their upcoming smartphone. The phone is expected to be one of the first phones that will use Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 platform. It is also expected that Mi10 is going to be introduced before the other models and in latter times, the two variants that will include the Pro Model with a 108-megapixel camera and the regular version that will have a 64-megapixel main camera will be announced by Xiaomi

    LG G9 and V60 ThinQ

There is not much information shared by the company. However, the CAD renders reveal that the upcoming LG G9 phone might come with four cameras at the back, an in-display fingerprint scanner and a headphone jack. You can also find a Google Assistant button on the phone as well. The display might have a measurement of around 6.7 to 6.9 inches with a small notch on the top.

The V60 ThinQ is expected to be a 5G phone with a secondary screen like the LG G8X ThinQ. However, the company will make iterations to the hinge mechanism with an attachment to the second display. Updates on the specs and features of the phone are not available as yet. However, you can stay tuned to updates on the gadgets online using internet by Charter Spectrum phone number.

    Google Pixel 4a

Google is looking forward to launch a variant of one of their mid-range phones called the Google Pixel 4a. The phone is rumored to have a 5.81-inch display. According to the phone’s 360-degree renders, there is a hole-punch display and a rear-mounted fingertip scanner. However, Pixel 4’s Soli radar sensors won’t be part of this model. But it is going to have a headphone jack onboard. Users can expect a plastic body as this might be a way the geeks at Google might keep the costs down.

    Nokia 8.2 5G

Nokia and Qualcomm have been in talks about coming with an affordable 5G phone that has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Series. There is very little information about the phone itself but what we know about the idea behind the name of the phone is that it is a mid-range phone that will be an upgrade of the previous versions and will use the Snapdragon 765.

You can make up your mind and start saving for some of these amazing upcoming phones and look out for their launch in the year 2020. These phones might have some more advanced features as many manufacturers have not revealed much information about some of these devices as of yet. However, you can find more updates regarding these phones on the internet as time passes by and the launch dates for these devices come closer.
