In the box, you’ll find the Voopoo Argus P1s device with an 800mAh built-in battery, two Argus Pod Cartridges (0.7ohm and 1.2ohm, both 2ml), a lanyard, a Type-C cable, and a user manual.
Moving on to the specs, the device is made of aluminum alloy+PC, with an output power of 5-25 W, the output voltage of 3.2-4.2 V, a resistance of 0.5- 3.0 ohm, and an 800mAh battery capacity. It charges via Type-C at 5V2A, and its dimensions are 11225.713.5mm, weighing 43g.
Now, let’s talk design. The device comes in 8 different colors, each with a sleek design. The transparent front revealing the chipset adds a cool touch. Around the device, you’ll find stylish Voopoo and Argus branding. The flat bottom features a USB-C port for charging, while small air holes on both sides provide airflow while vaping.
Moving on to the pods, the 0.7ohm one surprised me with its fantastic flavor. The 1.2ohm coil offers a tighter draw. Both are satisfying, and the magnetic connection feels secure. The pods have side fill, a minor inconvenience for some.
Performance-wise, the 800mAh battery lasts a day, recharging in 30 minutes. The flavor is impressive for a device this size. The LED lights indicate battery levels, with three lights for over 60%, two for 30-60%, and one for less than 30%.
Pros include fast charging, good flavor, a lanyard, a stylish design, pod compatibility, and easy setup. On the downside, there’s side/bottom fill and no passthrough vaping.
In conclusion, the Argus P1s offers a solid package. Its design, color options, and visible chipset set it apart. The pod performance, especially the 0.7ohm, stands out, and quick charging is a notable feature. Despite the side/bottom fill, it’s a great option for both experienced and new vapers seeking a hassle-free experience.
