Design
As the quality and design of the products manufactured by the parent company are characterized by solid plastics, good assembly, and a pleasing look. More importantly, the staff is very small, 5.27″x4.52″x6.89mm and only 0.9 kilograms, which is very small among projectors. On the top is the only button in the middle of the projector. It is finely lit when in operation. An approximately two-centimeter wide synthetic leather strap runs over the top, which adds a nice visual accent and also serves as a handle. It is held in place on the sides of the T6 Max by two gold buttons.
Features
On the back, the fan sucks in the air, hidden behind a perforation. You will also find the charging port, two USB ports for powering external devices, accessories and USB sticks, a 3.5-millimeter headphone output, a 3.5-millimeter AV input, and an HDMI port. Four rubber feet on the underside ensure a secure hold. There is also a thread to screw the T6 Max onto a tripod, for example. If the light source of this diffuser is supported by LEDs (advertised with a lifespan of 20,000 hours), on the other hand, no DLP for the internal chip, it is LCD, and therefore there is zero risk of perceiving rainbow effects. The projector’s three LCD panels have native 1080p resolution.
It is again a Full HD projector with LEDs as a light source. You still have to spend a little more money for a 4K resolution, but LEDs are becoming more and more standard and offer a longer service life, lower energy consumption, and lower heat generation compared to conventional lamps. The pictures below show a 120-inch projection with the room lighting switched on in the daylight and then once with the curtains open and closed.
Verdict
The positive list includes quiet operation, excellent keystone correction, quite a good image quality and resolution, and of course a completely realistic price.
