The Mi 13 is known for its extremely narrow bezel design, with the left and right bezels only 1.61mm wide and the bottom bezels only 1.81mm wide. As an iteration model, Mi 14 has 1mm bezel this time, which will be the highest screen ratio of Xiaomi digital series phones.
It is reported that the Chinese star screen optimized the circuit structure, Fanout wiring transfer to the display area, from the structure of the lower frame needs to save fanout wiring space, so that the lower frame of the narrow frame products narrower than the existing products at least 20%, so that the phone has a larger display area, while still can maintain a smooth display effect.
More importantly, China Star has also developed the FIAA Slim design, which can reduce the manufacturing process of the narrow frame screen with FIAA technology to a certain extent, reducing the cost of the screen, while improving production efficiency.
In addition, the data provided by China Star shows that under the same brightness, the display screen equipped with China Star narrow-frame technology can reduce the luminous power consumption by about 8%.
