The desk lamp is one of the objects we most frequently see being marketed on Xiaomi YouPin, but this is different. Produced in collaboration with third-party company Xiaobai, it is a lamp made with children in mind. A product in some ways controversial, since it integrates a surveillance camera which allows you to interact with them remotely.
In detail, this new intelligent lamp dimensions reach 513x150x463.5mm. Its weight is 2.03Kg and it adds a telescopic arm that allows us to regulate the height and focus of the light at a rotation angle of 150º.
To all this is added a lighting system specially designed to illuminate our study area. Its LED lighting has various eye protection mechanisms, allowing our vision not to fade after long hours of study.
Expanding its possibilities, this smart lamp that Xiaomi offers us in its crowdfunding platform adds a 1080P camera. This one with a large field of vision will allow us to observe our children or better yet, facilitate distance classes, especially now in times of COVID-19.
In addition, this lamp has a microphone and a speaker which allows us to make video calls in real-time, also facilitating online education if we share this gadget with the teacher. To all this, and how could it be less in a product like this, support for the Xiaomi ecosystem is added through Xiaomi Home.
Currently, it is offered on Xiaomi YouPin at a price of 399 yuan (approx 60.56) and it will not be marketed until January 2021. From this date, it will be very likely that we will see it for sale on AliExpress or other similar platforms.
