Today Xiaomi has released Xaiomi Redmi 4 to be powered by Snapdragon 625 processor with two versions. The ceramic grinding and nano molding antenna are used on the back of Redmi 4 and it is equipped with metal unibody, 2.5D curved glass, the speaker on the bottom is symmetrical, the high gloss edge uses CNC polishing, it has three colors, silver, golden and dark grey. The golden version uses front golden and back golden color, which is more harmonious. In addition, it adopts back fingerprint scanner and 13MP camera with diamond cutting craftsmanship of round shinning edge.
In addition, Snapdragon 625 processor has improved 58% more than Snapdragon 616 processor, and reduce 45% power consumption. Redmi 4 is built in 4,100mAh battery which can support 9 days standby, and play games over 14 hours continuously in theory. It can be used heavily for two days.
As for other specs, Redmi 4 advanced version uses 5inch 1080p screen, 441PPI, built in RAM 3GB ROM 32GB, the dual camera has 5MP front and 13MP back one, supporting PDAF, 0.1s focusing, running MIUI 8 OS. Meanwhile, Redmi 4 is also a smartphone to support netcom, 6 mold 18 frequency network band and dual SIM dual standby. As for lower version, it has 5inch HD screen, powered by Snapdragon 430 processor, RAM 2GB ROM 16GB internal storage, about other specs, they are same.
Xiaomi Redmi 4 lower version sells at 699 yuan, $116, and advanced version at 899 yuan, $149. So compared with other smartphones, Redmi 4 can be regarded as the cheapest smartphone with Snapdragon 625 processor. It will start to sell on November 7.
