The official launch of the Xiaomi Mi 9T, name given to the Redmi K20 outside of China, is scheduled for next week, on June 12. However, it is already available in the * gray market of the Philippines. The gray market is a trade made by channels of legal distributions, however unauthorized or intended by the manufacturer of the products.
The Smartphone came up with prices that vary according to the amount of memory. The variant with 6GB of RAM + 64GB of internal storage is out for PHP19,500 ($377), while the 128GB of storage goes up to PHP20,500 ($396). The Redmi K20 6GB + 64GB comes out for ¥ 1,999 ($289) in China.
The Xiaomi MI 9T works on a new 8-core Snapdragon 730 processor with a 4000mAh battery and has a large 6.39-inch AMOLED 1080 x 2340 FHD + resolution display. So far there are two variants of it: the 6GB + 64GB is available in the colors Carbon Black and Glacier Blue, and the 6GB + 128GB only appears in the Carbon Fiber Black version.
The front camera is skinned and has 20MP, and because of this, the smartphone has very thin edges so that the screen occupies as much as 86.37% of the front surface. The rear camera is 48MP (main, Sony IMX582, aperture f / 1.75) + 5MP (wide aperture, Omnivision OV8865, aperture f / 2.4) + 13MP (depth, Samsung S5K3L6, aperture f / 2.4).
Recently, Company has published a message on his Twitter page that he plans to show a new smartphone in the lineup Mi 9. Obviously, we are talking about the Mi 9T model, at the same time with which, they also announce the Pro version.
The Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro is very similar to the hardware, the main difference being only in the processor that is the Snapdragon 855, and there is the possibility of some other combinations of work and internal memory, but these are the only differences except of course the price.
