Today, Xiaomi has announced that after a few days, the company will launch 2 new AI Speakers which differ in color: black and white, and in the internal features. Among them, the black speaker which goes by the name of Xiao AI Universal Remote Speaker that will be able to control more than 5,000 traditional home appliances. This speaker will go on sale at 10:00 am on June 12 (Chinese time). Although, it is already on the official website of Xiaomi and the price will be announced soon.
The white speaker will be known with the name of Xiao AI Play which is an artificial intelligence speaker with better sound quality, at this moment its sales time has not yet been disclosed.
According to reports, the Xiao AI Universal Remote Speaker has built-in infrared emission module, which can control more than 5,000 devices including televisions, air conditioners, TV boxes, and other home appliances. The speaker is able to “learn” different functions and there is support for both WiFi and Bluetooth.
Get rid of the cumbersome and complicated remote control and you can adjust the desired channel in one sentence. For example, “AI assistant, TV boxes transferred to Beijing Satellite TV.” Supports 500+ cities and regions across the country, covering 900+ operators, including IPTV TV boxes. With more than 1900 channel tables, the phone can be easily selected by the city, district, and operator.
It adopts special infrared projection material, built-in 441 high-power large-angle infrared emission tube, and 360-degree stereo signal transmission in spherical space. The effective control distance of the line is about 10 meters, which can effectively cover the home appliances in the same room.
The Xiao AI Universal Remote Speaker features a new Bluetooth gateway, through you can connect more Bluetooth devices in your home with other smart devices. For example, by correlating the temperature and humidity sensor, the air conditioner, and the humidifier, the automatic adjustment of the indoor environment constant temperature and humidity can be realized.
Innovative design creates a full and delicate sound, self-developed audio technology. There is an external part in ferrite and a cone structure to be able to distribute the sound at 360 degrees.
