Huawei seems to have not only planned a P40 and P40 Pro for next week, it is said that there will also be a Huawei P40 Pro Premium Edition. Reason for assuming this step: We have seen three versions on the press photos over the past few weeks.
The premium model of the Huawei P40 Pro could come with ceramic, among other things, and it has five cameras. A list with the possible specifications for the P40 Pro Premium has now appeared at Huawei Central. The focus of the P-series will, of course, be on the camera again and the P40 Pro PE seems to come with impressive specifications.

In addition to the camera, the front panel will be given under the 6.7-inch OLED display with a resolution of 3160 × 1440 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The Huawei P40 Pro Premium Edition is based on the Kirin 990 5G chip. It has 12GB RAM, a 512GB ROM and a proprietary EMUI 10 interface based on Android 10 without Google applications.
The Smartphone has a battery with a capacity of 5500mAh, support for fast 50W charging and 27-watt wireless. But that doesn’t mean that the Huawei P40 Pro will have the same features. And I honestly assume that the core is right. There is “only” 8GB RAM and 256GB storage and one camera-less (unclear which one).
Price and Availability
Lastly, It is expected that the start of sales of Huawei P40 Pro Premium Edition will be at the beginning of April and the price tag for a smartphone in Europe may be in the region of 1199 – 1299 euros ($1286 – $1393).
