Igeekphone reported on May 31 that recently, the Zunjie S800, jointly developed by Huawei and Jianghuai Automobile, was officially launched. At the launch event, He Gang, the CEO of Huawei Terminal BG, unexpectedly exposed the real device of Huawei Pura 80.
Judging from the exposed pictures, the Pura 80 in He Gang’s hand has a similar appearance to the previous generation. It is still a triangular Deco, but the lens module is very large and the size is exaggerated. Therefore, it is speculated that the model might be Huawei Pura 80 Ultra.
It is revealed that the Huawei Pura 80 Ultra will be equipped with a domestic 50-megapixel 1-inch super-large sensor main camera and a 50-megapixel 1/1.3-inch periscope telephoto lens. Both sensors adopt the RYYB array and support OIS optical image stabilization.
This 50-megapixel 1/1.3-inch periscope telephoto lens is the largest in the industry, surpassing the Samsung HP9 (1/1.4-inch) commonly used by Android imaging flagships. It will significantly enhance the lens’s light sensitivity and shooting effect, and will become the king of Huawei’s new generation of Hongmon imaging.
As for the release time, the Huawei Pura 80 series is expected to be released in June this year and officially go on sale in July.
