Igeekphone News on May 28th: Blogger Dingjiao Digital revealed that the Huawei Pura 80 series still consists of four models, namely Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro, Pura 80 Pro+ and Pura 80 Ultra.
Previously, Yu Chengdong, the executive director of Huawei and the chairman of the Terminal BG, disclosed that the Huawei Pura 80 series would be officially released in June.
It is reported that the Huawei Pura 80 series focuses on imaging, especially the Ultra version. This device is the first to be equipped with the 50-megapixel SC5A0CS from Starlight, which is the most advanced 1-inch super-large sensor main camera in the industry.
The leak indicates that the SC5A0CS was jointly developed by Huawei and Starlight. It features a 1-inch large sensor and RYYB filter array, significantly enhancing its light sensitivity compared to traditional RGGB. In low-light conditions, it can achieve the effect of a “night vision device”.
Moreover, the Pura 80 Ultra is the first to launch a 50-megapixel ultra-large sensor periscope telephoto lens. Its sensor size reaches 1/1.3 inches, adopts the RYYB array, and is equipped with a large aperture.
At present, the largest periscope telephoto lens in the industry is the Samsung HP9, which has a large sensor size of 1/1.4 inches. However, the periscope telephoto lens size of the Huawei Pura 80 Ultra exceeds that of the Samsung HP9, setting a new industry record.
In terms of the screen, the standard version of Huawei Pura 80 will be equipped with a 1.5K straight screen. The Pura 80 Pro series adopts a 1.5K full-depth micro-curved screen. The Ultra version may be equipped with a dual-layer OLED screen. Through the superposition of two layers of light-emitting units, the brightness, contrast and color performance of the screen will be significantly improved.
In addition, the Huawei Pura 80 series is factory-equipped with HarmonyOS 5, which will be Huawei’s most powerful imaging flagship.
