iQOO, a smartphone brand known for its high-performance devices, has recently launched two new phones in India – the iQOO 11 and iQOO Neo 7. But that’s not all – iQOO has another surprise up its sleeve. The company is set to release the iQOO Z7 series of phones, which are expected to be the successors to the Z6 series. Nipun Marya, CEO of iQOO India, has teased this news.
According to reports, the iQOO Z7 series will include two devices – the iQOOZ7 5G and the iQOOZ7 Pro 5G. The device in the teaser image has a rear vertical camera module with the words “Photography High Definition” written on it and an LED flash. The iQOO brand logo is situated in the bottom center of the device. The iQOOZ7 5G phone has a model number I2207, while the iQOO Z7 Pro has a model number I2213 and has been certified in multiple regions.
While we don’t have much information about the iQOO Z7 series yet, we can expect it to come packed with powerful specs and features. Based on the previous generation of iQOO Z6 5G, we can assume that the iQOO Z7 series will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC, a large display, and a high refresh rate. The iQOO Z6 5G boasts a 6.58-inch IPS LCD screen, Full HD+ resolution, and 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. The device has a rear 50MP primary camera, a macro/depth 2MP camera, and a front 16MP camera. The iQOO Z6 5G also comes with pre-installed FuntouchOS 12, based on Android 12. The device weighs around 187 grams and has a thickness of 8.25mm.
