Igeekphone News, April 25th: MOTOROLA released its 2025 flip foldable phone overseas yesterday. Besides the Razr 60 Ultra (known as Razr Ultra in the US market) previously reported by Igeekphone, it also includes the Razr 60. Both of these two phones have dust-proof functions. This is relatively rare in the field of foldable screen mobile phones.
MOTOROLA Razr 60, as a mid-to-high-end foldable phone, continues its affordable pricing strategy. This model is equipped with an IP48 dust and water resistance rating, capable of resisting dust intrusion and can be used normally at a water depth of 1.5 meters.
The outer screen of the Razr 60 is 3.6 inches, and the inner main screen is a 6.9-inch P-OLED panel, supporting a 120Hz refresh rate and 1080p + resolution. This model is equipped with the Mediatek Dimensity 7400X processor. Compared with the previous generation Dimensity 7300X, its AI performance has increased by 15%. MOTOROLA has also upgraded the memory configuration of this model, offering 8GB, 12GB and 16GB of RAM options. The storage capacity starts from 128GB and can reach up to 512GB. Some special edition models will also provide 1TB of storage.
In terms of battery life, the battery capacity of the Razr 60 has been increased from 4200mAh of the Razr 50 to 4500mAh, while maintaining the same charging specifications, namely 30W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. The rear camera of this model includes a 50-megapixel main lens (supporting OIS optical image stabilization) and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens (supporting macro mode), while the front camera is 32 megapixels.
In the US market, the MOTOROLA Razr 60 will start accepting pre-orders on May 7th, and the unlocked version will be officially launched on May 15th.
