Nokia 5.1 Plus Undergoes Bluetooth Certification With MediaTek chipset


HMD Global introduced the world at the end of May, the new Nokia 2.1, 3.1 and 5.1 that came to market with the right to Android Pure and chipset MediaTek. Shortly thereafter, they suggest some rumors that Nokia 5.1 would win a variant that could be called Plus or X5.

Now, after having some leaked images, the new Nokia 5.1 Plus appeared on a Bluetooth certification. The information was revealed this morning and it is already possible to know that this device will also have a chipset from MediaTek.

However, it has not yet been revealed whether this would be the same MediaTek Helio P18 that was used in the conventional Nokia 5.1. Check out below a screenshot showing the certification of the TA-1109 model that is supposed to be the new Nokia device:

According to international press reports, the Nokia X6 also passed the same certification. As we know, the device is sold only in China. Because of this, it is very likely that he will be taken to other markets soon. For now, we do not know more about a new Nokia 5.1 Plus.
