Design and Build Quality
Looking at the appearance design of U23 and P20 Pro, both of them appears to have a flagship grade build quality and looks premium in design. Both features a FHD+ display with the notch, but OUKITEL U23 gets a smaller bottom bezel due to the rear press fingerprint sensor. OUKITEL U23 only offers the twilight blue-to-purple gradient color, while Huawei P20 Pro offers twilight, black, pink gold, and blue version. On the back, both U23 and P20 Pro put the rear camera on top left. U23 also features a press fingerprint sensor on back cover while P20 Pro set it on front bottom chain.
Software and Performance
OUKITEL U23 carries stock Android 8.1 Oreo, while Huawei P20 Pro use their own OS EMUI 8.1 which based on Android 8.1 Oreo. Considering the price of $870 vs $210, and comparing the photos which Huawei P20 Pro has taken and U23 has taken, the photo quality of U23 is not 4 times worse, but comparatively good for daily life photography.
