Earlier this month, XDA Developers revealed the existence of another Redmi K30 phone called the Redmi K30 Ultra 5G. And today this upcoming smartphone has been revealed in a Chinese authority’s TENAA database with model number M2006J10C. In addition to the information, pictures of the novelty were also available.
According to official data, the M2006J10C smartphone has a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a borderless design. The screen supports Full HD + resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and is integrated with the fingerprint scanner. The XDA report has stated that the screen of the Redmi K30 Ultra 5G will support a 120Hz refresh rate.
It has a 4500mAh battery (mentioned on TENAA with a nominal value of 4400mAh). The appearance of 3C certification has revealed that it may come with a 33W fast charger. The phone is expected to use the MIUI 12. user interface on the Android 10 platform.
It is known that the Redmi K30 Ultra is expected to use MediaTek’s Dimension 1000+ processor. Besides this model can include three variants 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB. In terms of storage, it can offer users options like 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. However, it has no support for external storage expansion.
The Redmi K30 Ultra 5G is said to have a 20MP pop-up selfie camera. The circular camera cover on its rear has a 64MP quad-camera, speculating that the sensor is the Sony IMX686 image sensor. The device is rumored to have dimensions of 163.3 x 75.4 x 9.1mm and weighs 213 grams. It will be available in blue, black, green, pink, red and white.
The Redmi K30 Ultra 5G may launch in August. At that time, the technical information that has now been revealed should also be confirmed. Like other Redmi smartphones, the Redmi K30 Ultra 5G will debut in China first and will later arrive in the other markets under a different name.
