Bullitt Group has teamed up with construction company Caterpillar to launch the CAT S75 rugged phone ahead of MWC 2023. Like the recently launched MOTOROLA Defy 2, the CAT S75 supports satellite connectivity.
The CAT S75 features a 6.6-inch FHD+ screen with a 120Hz refresh rate on the front, is IP68/69K/MIL-STD-810H rated water and dust resistant, and is powered by a Mediatek Breguet 930 chip, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage.
The back of the body uses 50 million + 8 million + 2 million pixel camera, equipped with 5000mAh capacity battery, support 15W wired charging and Qi wireless charging. It is shipped with Android 12.
The plane’s biggest highlight is its support for satellite services. This machine is equipped with “SOS Assist” function to provide users with 7*24 hours rescue response service. The service is free for the first year, after which IT costs 4.99 euros per month.
The CAT S75 is already available for pre-order in the EMEA region, but only through selected suppliers and operators, and costs €599 / £549. It will also be showcasing the machine for all to see at Booth B5 in Hall 7 of MWC 2023 on Feb 26.
