Tab Active Pro is probably a robust tablet for commercial use. The Korean Samsung does not only have a wide range of smartphones. The company also develops a wide variety of tablets. The Galaxy Tab S5e was introduced earlier this year as well as the Galaxy Tab A. Recently, a brand app indicates that Samsung plans to launch a new tablet soon, a robust version this time around.
Yesterday, June 13, 2019, Samsung Electronics registered a trademark in the EUIPO (Intellectual Property Office of the European Union) for the name Tab Active Pro. The trademark is categorized as Class 9, with the description ‘tablets and laptops’.
As the resource LetsGoDigital notes, under the specified name, a new tablet computer of increased strength may soon enter the market. Apparently, this device will be made in accordance with the standards MIL-STD-810 and IP68.
In the past, the South Korean giant has already released secure tablets. So, in 2017, she debuted the Galaxy Tab Active 2, not afraid of water, dust, shock, shaking and falling from a height of up to 1.2 meters. The device is equipped with an 8-inch display with a resolution of 1280 × 800 pixels (WXGA), a processor with eight 1.6-GHz cores, 3GB of RAM, an 8MP camera, 4G module, etc.
Compared with the Galaxy Tab Active 2, the upcoming Galaxy Tab Active Pro tablet will get a more powerful electronic “stuffing”. The width of the frame around the display, according to observers, will decrease, which will increase its size while maintaining overall dimensions at the same level.
Unfortunately, there is no information about the timing of the announcement of the Galaxy Tab Active Pro. It is possible that the novelty will debut at the exhibition IFA 2019, which will be held in Berlin from 6 to 11 September.
