Igeekphone News, May 20th: Lu Weibing, partner and president of Xiaomi Group, president of the Mobile phone Department, and general manager of the Xiaomi brand, announced in an article today that the new flagship Xiaomi 15S Pro phone, as a gift for Xiaomi’s 15th anniversary, will be the first to be equipped with the Xuanjie O1 3nm flagship processor. It will be released at 7 p.m. on May 22nd.
Igeekphone noticed that Lu Weibing released a video revealing the appearance of the Xiaomi 15S Pro mobile phone.

It can be seen from the video footage that the Xiaomi 15S Pro phone as a whole continues the design language of the Xiaomi 15 Pro. The back cover is expected to adopt the same “Dragon Scale Fiber material” (composed of a composite of ceramic fibers and aramid fibers) as the MIX Fold 3 Dragon Scale Fiber version. In addition, the new model has added the English logo “XRING” at the position of the flash.

In addition, Lu Weibing also showcased the mainboard of the Xiaomi 15S Pro phone and stated: “This chip (Xuanjie O1 chip) is the fruit of Xiaomi’s ten years of continuous investment in chip research and development, and it is also a masterpiece of Xiaomi’s commitment to technological innovation.”

Currently, the new “Xiaomi 25042PN24C” device has appeared on the Geekbench 6.1.0 benchmarking platform. Its highest single-core score is 2709, and its multi-core score is 8125, which is even higher than the performance of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3. It supports UWB and 90W fast charging. The benchmark scores show that the motherboard information of this device is displayed as “O1_asic”, which is suspected to be the self-developed Xuanjie O1 chip that Xiaomi is about to launch.
