On November 3rd, iGEEKPHONE reported that the real device of Huawei Mate70 Air was exposed by a blogger on Xiaohongshu. It still maintains the family design, featuring a wide aspect ratio screen, an equal-depth four-curved screen, and a separate front camera hole.
The screen adopts a large R-corner design, with the four corners of the screen being more rounded. Combined with the curved screen, the entire machine appears very rounded and transitions naturally with the middle frame.

However, this widescreen ratio is not very friendly to small users. In the past, many users said they couldn’t hold it. Now, with the addition of an ultra-thin body, this situation may be improved.
According to previous leaks, the screen size of the Huawei Mate 70 Air is around 6.9 inches, with a 1.5K resolution, a body thickness of 6.xmm, and it is equipped with a Red Maple lens.
To make the body thinner and lighter, the new model will be equipped with an ultra-thin Type-C interface, and the design can refer to Huawei’s foldable screen.

In addition, the Gold Thread Silver Brocade color of the Mate 70 Air is the same as that of the Huawei Mate 70 Pro+. The rear camera has removed the gold ring design, and the telephoto lens supports 30x zoom.
The product library of telecommunications terminals shows that the Huawei Mate 70 Air comes in three color options: Obsidian Black, Feather Coat White, and Gold Thread Silver Brocade.
In terms of core configuration, the Huawei Mate 70 Air is expected to be equipped with the Kirin 9020, offering a maximum version with 16GB of RAM. It comes pre-installed with the HarmonyOS 5.1 operating system and supports upgrading to the latest HarmonyOS 6.
It is worth noting that there are also reports suggesting that the Huawei Mate 70 Air may retain both the SIM card slot and support eSIM technology. The specific plan is still subject to the official announcement.
