A few hours ago, a mysterious Vivo phone with model number V2027A was spotted on the Google Play Console- the listing revealed the phone’s key specs and an image showing its front design. Now a famous Chinese leakster “Digital Chat Station” also claims that the alleged Vivo V207A will launch in the near future and it could be the first phone powered by the Dimensity 1100 chipset, which announced very recently.
He also found that this device uses a resolution of 2400 x 1080 and the Dimensity 1100 GPU on this model has a frequency of only 805MHz, which is lower than Dimensity 1000+. In addition, the post also shows the image of the Vivo terminal, with a wide notch on the display that could also accommodate a dual selfie camera system.
According to the official introduction of MediaTek, the Dimensity 1100 is built with a new 6nm EUV process, which has increased the transistor density by 18% compared to the previous generation and can reduce power consumption by 8% under the same performance conditions.
The latest MediaTek Dimensity 1100 chipset features 4 ARM Cortex-A78 CPU cores clocked at 2.6GHz and 4 ARM Cortex-A55 CPU cores running at 2.0GHz; in addition, the SoC includes ARM Mali-G77 graphics, up to 144Hz screen refresh rate and ISP supports up to 108MP pixels.
Besides, the Dimensity 1100 has also upgraded its support for UFS 3.1 dual-channel flash memory. It also supports LPDDR4X-2133 memory, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, L1+L5 dual-band positioning, Sub 6GHz 5G band, dual 5G standby, and other flagship levels technology.
Overall, although the Dimensity 1100 is slightly weaker than the real flagship processor, its overall performance is still very strong, and the power consumption is lower than the previous generation, which can bring a good experience for the new Vivo V2072A. In addition to the Dimensity 1100 processor, the Vivo V2072A is also equipped with the latest OriginOS system, which has a significantly improved design, smoothness, and convenient experience.
It is known that after their appearance on the Google Play Console (as we mentioned above), the devices are coming soon: this means that, probably, the Vivo V2072 will arrive in February, although it is not clear in which markets.
