Xiaomi 12 Lite is a smartphone that has already appeared in leaks. Its debut is getting closer, as we expect to see it in the first quarter of 2022. We know that the manufacturer is planning two versions of this phone. However, only one of them is to be available for sale in Europe. What screen will this device receive?
As pointed out by the informant Digital Chat Station on Weibo, a smartphone code-named L3, features a screen of about 6.3 inches, with flagship settings under the small screen. Speculation is that this is the Xiaomi 12 Lite — which could also be called the Xiaomi 12 Youth Edition in China.
The bet is that this new device will be equipped with a top-of-the-line processor from Qualcomm — at least sm8250 (Snapdragon 870), and its mass production may begin as early as the end of October. In addition, to bring a reasonable performance, the chip’s low power consumption also can bring big advantages in small models, along with high refresh rate, dual SIM, and better screen enjoyment.
Followed by the flagship product code-named L2 (expected to be Xiaomi 12) equipped with sm8450 (Snapdragon 898). Both phones are expected to be released within this year.
Also, the informant revealed that the Xiaomi 12 Lite code-named L3 only uses a 50MP main camera instead of the commonly used multi-main camera solution of top flagships.
