Previously on April 17, Huami official once leaked Huami and Xiaomi created Xiaomi MI Band 5 together which will come out later this year.
With its release date coming closer, there is more news about Xiaomi MI Band 5, recently, Xiaomi MI Band 5 new functions have been leaked. Let’s check first.
First, the function is camera control, according to leaked animation, Xiaomi MI Band 5 will support controling the phone to take photos, which is the first time to release such function for Xiaomi.
The other sport functions is to add yoga, Technogym, rowing, rope skipping, and indoor bicycle, which makes all sports mode to add to 11.
Last but not least, Xiaomi mi band 5 adds mimic panel, previously Xiaomi mi band only support digital panel, but right now mi band 5 is built in 2 mimic panel, even more in the near future.

As for its hardware, it is said MI band 5 will enhance from 0.95 inch to 1.2 inch, adding blood oxygen saturation monitoring function, overseas model (XMSH11HM) will support NFC, amazon Alexa voice assistant, etc.
