Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro Start Receiving MIUI 12 With Android 11

Xiaomi continues the huge updating work for its smartphone offer, which consists of many devices. Recently, the Redmi K30i 5G started receiving the developer beta of this update. Currently, there are reports from users that Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro is also receiving MIUI 12 development beta on Android 11.

The most recent stable update on Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro has build number V12.0.1.0.QFDCNXM, this update is MIUI 12 on Android 10 and it seems to be subject to updating for the moment in China. Xiaomi MI CC9 Pro Changelog:

  • Browser: A new multi-window page, with a new module, which can easily restore previously closed web pages.
  • The web video player has been reworked. Under most web pages, it can support 0.75-3 times the speed of playback, video download, and screen projection.
  • The history functions such as horizontal and vertical view of window pages are offline. This simplifies the operation of adding bookmarks. It also moves “Add to Desktop” to “Menu-Toolbox”.
  • The new search start page adds bookmarks and frequently visited modules. Also, search and access bookmarks can be operated on the same page – this is more convenient.

Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro was released on November 5, 2019. This smartphone comes with a 108MP rear camera and uses a Snapdragon 730G processor. In terms of price, the 6GB + 128GB variant of Xiaomi CC9 Pro is being sold for $383. However, the 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB versions are available with prices of $439 and $499, respectively.
