What if Xiaomi decided to launch a foldable smartphone? TechConfigurations has realized a sublime concept of the Xiaomi Mi Mix Flex which also offers two screens and a triple dorsal sensor.
Xiaomi introduced a few days ago the Mi Mix 3, Honor Magic 2, a sliding phone like the Oppo Find X and the Lenovo Z5 Pro. The next step for the Chinese firm would be to release a foldable smartphone. For TechConfigurations, it will have two screens including a full borderless, three photosensors and the look of a Gameboy Advance SP. This is the Xiaomi Mi Mix Flex.
In front, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Flex takes the design of the Mi Mix 3 with a first full borderless screen but without integrating the same sliding system. Indeed, it proposes here a pop-up camera of 28MP.
At the back, it hosts a second screen above the hinge. This slab frames a triple photosensor. The configuration of this module is as follows: a first sensor of 41MP, a second of 20MP and a third of 8MP.
This is a 6.2-inch QHD screen that sits on the front of the Xiaomi Mi Mix Flex. The size/screen ratio is 95 %. A fingerprint reader is directly integrated under this slab. On the bottom edge are a USB Type-C port and two stereo speakers.
On the back of the Mi Mix Flex, the second slab displays a diagonal of 3 inches. In addition, it is equipped with a 5500 mAh high-capacity battery and may support wireless charging and 50W fast charging technology.
Regarding the technical configuration of Xiaomi Mi Mix Flex, TechConfigurations offers a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor, 6 or 8GB of RAM and 64 or 128GB of internal memory. Xiaomi could soon release a collapsible smartphone like Samsung or Huawei. It remains to be seen if the firm will be inspired by this concept!
