Xiaomi has decided to support sales of its main mid-level smartphone under the Redmi brand. Tomorrow, January 9, buyers in China will receive a new option when purchasing Redmi Note 8 Pro Twilight Orange will join the usual colors today.
Mukul Sharma, a network informant, tweeted about the release of the new version of the best-selling Redmi Note 8 Pro. According to him, the smartphone appeared in a bright color Orange Twilight.
Customers will be offered two versions of the gadget: with a memory of 6/128GB and 8 / 128GB. Redmi Note 8 Pro received a single-chip MediaTek Helio G90T system, a screen with a diagonal of 6.53 inches with a resolution of FullHD +.
As for the “optics”, the smartphone is equipped with the main camera with four image sensors with a resolution of 64 megapixels, 8MP and 2MP. The battery capacity is 4500mAh. The gadget supports 18 W fast charging, which allows it to recharge the battery with energy up to 50% in just 36 minutes. It features an NFC and MIUI module with the upgrade to Android 10.
In addition, the X-type anti-locking game antenna of Redmi Note 8 Pro accepts signals in three dimensions to avoid the signal delay caused by the horizontal grip of the game. At the same time, it supports WiFi / 4G intelligent concurrent networking. More importantly, Redmi Note 8 Pro became the first Smartphone in the world to pass the German Rheinland High-Performance Network Connection (gaming) certification.
According to official data, the Redmi Note 8 series was released in three months and its global sales exceeded 10 million units which is one month faster than the previous Redmi Note 7 Series sales record.
Earlier it became known that Xiaomi is preparing to release the top version of Redmi Note 8 Pro, which will be called Premium Edition. The smartphone will receive 256GB of flash memory and 8GB of RAM. The cost of Note 8 Pro Premium Edition is still unknown.
