Igeekphone April 29 news, recently, the Internet exposed a group of models showing the appearance of iPhone 16 series spy photos.
The leaked photos are definitely just mock-up (from X user Sonny Dickson), and the most obvious evidence is the camera module’s lenses: all of them are exactly the same size, which is clearly not a design that a real phone would have. This means that the final iPhone 16 series may have some differences from the spy photos, but the overall design should be roughly the same.
Igeekphone noted that the first thing that might catch your eye is the new camera module design for the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus, which looks like it’s a fusion of the iPhone X’s camera (the iPhone X has dual cameras in vertical array, Located in the pill-shaped module) and the current iPhone 15 series module design. Pretty or not for now, but it will definitely be fresh.
Another notable detail is the iPhone 16 Pro Max on the far left, which is noticeably larger than the other models. According to rumors, it will have a 6.9-inch display, which will be the largest Pro Max model ever. For comparison, the iPhone 15 Pro Max has a 6.7-inch display.
Beyond that, the photos don’t reveal much else. It is expected that some models may include a new button (perhaps for camera control), but the mock-up photos do not show this. Other upgrades could include an all-new chipset for the Pro series, some new AI features for iOS 18, and general spec improvements.
We’re still a few months away from the launch of the iPhone 16 series (usually in September), and we’ll have to wait and see if there are more leaks in the meantime.
