Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation announced the case of Hubei Xingji Times Technology Co., LTD. ‘s acquisition of the equity of Zhuhai Meizu Technology Co., LTD. According to the public information, Star Times has signed an agreement with Meizu Technology and the shareholders involved in the transaction, in which Star Times intends to acquire 79.09% equity of Zhuhai Meizu. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and details are still being negotiated.
